如果想進階自己體驗DIY的樂趣,該如何選擇一把適合自己需求的機器呢?K-Detailing做了一些國內外常看到的拋光機器的規格資料整理,讓有興趣的玩家朋友可以參考比較看看喔!

汽車美容拋光機器兩大運轉原理就如上面圖片所顯示的,分為Rotary及Dual Action兩種系統,K-Detailing個人覺得這兩種的差異性主要在於:
1.操作難易度:
在操作使用上,Rotary大部分都是店家營業用或者進階的玩家會選擇使用的機器,它可以快速的達到修復漆面瑕疵的目的,但是使用不當,也會造成更大而且無法彌補的傷害.而Dual Action類的使用者大部分都是初階或者剛接觸這門DIY的玩家會選擇的機器,它們的差異是Rotary的使用技巧技術層面比較高,需要累積相當的經驗後才建議使用,不然很容易修復修面瑕疵不成,反而造成更多的漆面問題.Dual Action類就比較簡單了,如果你操作技術及使用觀念還不夠健全,又想自己DIY,就算使用Dual Action機去操作,能對漆面造成的損傷也很有限,使用Dual Action機器只要技術,產品跟觀念搭配得宜,一樣也可以做出有Rotary機器的效果的.只不過時間上會比用Rotary來的稍多一點.

2.去除漆面瑕疵的能力:
從上圖中可以看到,Rotary與DA的運轉原理,Rotary只有單一的運轉軌跡,Dual Action機有多重的運轉軌跡,若以處理漆面暇疵的速度來說,單一運轉軌跡的Rotary效率比較高,可以有效的節省拋光時間,Dual Action雖然會比Rotary的多花點時間,但是,只要搭配方法正確,也是可以達到大部分瑕疵修復的需求.

3.價位高低:
通常Dual Action類型的價格都會比Rotary的價位低.因為國外這部份的價格範圍落差還算蠻大的,有些代理商進口到台灣售價更是國外的2-3倍,所以K-Detailing在此也不列出價格比較,若您有興趣可以多用網路搜尋比較看看再購買.
 
A.ROTARY系列:
1.DeWalt 849:
這款機器歐美很多都有使用,很優的一把機器,它可是K-Detailing的標準配備之ㄧ呢!
    
它的特色是轉數直接看,撥盤上有明顯的機器轉數數字.相當方便.

5.氣動機:
這類型的機器,通常轉數在0-12000轉,有的機款可以調速.歐美大部分DIY玩家都是拿來做漆面去橘皮使用居多,比較少拿來做除紋拋光用途,國內大部分店家都是用來做上蠟用.氣動機器的扭力比較差,稍為一用力下壓,機器就停止運轉或變成只有震動而無旋轉,重量輕是它的一大特色,但是須搭配足夠容量的空壓機使用,且使用時的噪音值加上空壓機打氣時的噪音,K-Detailing個人覺得是很吵.
氣動系列的品牌眾多,而在汽車美容DIY的用途上佔的比例極少,所以K-Detailing在此就不做太多敘述,有興趣的妳,您如果有發現更好的用途也歡迎你來跟K-Detailing分享唷!
 

C.其他系列:

1.Cyclo Orbital Polisher :
國內已經有代理商引進了,單機要價15000台幣.國外使用分享也不多,大概是受制於機器的價格及可用範圍不廣的原因而鮮少人分享.

以上所介紹的拋光機器,K-Detailing個人是覺得,若是您只是為了替自己的愛車DIY的話,建議以DA機為優先購買考量,操作時的風險會比較低.若是你有要進階當Detailer的話,那Rotary的機器會讓你的工作比較有效率.但若是單純為了替愛車打蠟的話,那以上所介紹的機器又"太超過"了,一般市售的打蠟機即可滿足你的需求,一把頂多台幣1000塊左右,要購買機器前,請先想清楚自己的需求再購買才不會浪費嚕!!!
